I called command on Thursday as a property I let had a mice issue inside. A spoke to a lady in their service team who advised she would raise a request for a technician to attend and that they would call me and arrange a time.

In less than 30 minutes I had a call from Paul who said he would be passing the house in the early afternoon and would call in for me.

Paul attended just after lunch and was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn’t on site to see him, but he called me direct to let me know the outcome which I thought was excellent service and above what I have seen with other companies.

He sent me a couple of pictures showing me where the mice had come in and gave me some pointers in how to get the repairs done.

From start to finish it was seamless and I cannot thank Paul enough for his help."
